MRS. ELLEN ABRATIQUIN

Port Area, Macabalan
Cagayan de Oro City

Dear Mrs. Abratiquin,

MS. MARIA NENITA D. CAÑO, a most valued client, had endorsed to us

the matter of your outstanding account.

You have borrowed from our client the total amount of Four Hundred
Thousand (Ph400,000.00) Pesos in two (2) tranches of Two Hundred
Thousand (Ph200,000.00) Pesos on December 2019 and another Two
Hundred Thousand (Ph200,000.00) Pesos on February 2020. These amounts
are payable in one (1) year at an interest of One Hundred Percent (100%)
per annum until fully paid.

It has been two years now, yet you have paid only the total amount of
FIFTY THOUSAND (Php50,000.00) PESOS.

Forthwith, formal demand is therefore made on you to pay your outstanding

balances of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P550,000.00) PESOS
on the first tranche and the amount of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (P566,666.00) PESOS as of
December 2021, within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receipt hereof, plus
attorney’s fees equivalent to TEN (10%) percent of the total amount due.

Being a good businessman yourself you would not let this obligation pester
into an embarrassing court litigation which we will not hesitate to resort to if
you remain adamant in your refusal to pay your valid obligation, which may
include a CRIMINAL action for Estafa.

We hope that you would see the light towards the early settlement of your
account from receipt hereof. Thank you very much.

Very truly yours,

ABRAHAM S. OLEGARIO, JR.
