SUBJECT: NOTICE OF DISHONOR/DEMAND TO PAY

AMOUNT: PHP 600,000.00

Madam,
Greetings of Peace!
This is to reiterate my demand to pay your outstanding obligation amounting to SIX
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 600,00.00), exclusive of interest and penalties.

I understand that you issued Banco De Oro post-dated check drawn from Account No.
008138006217 with the following details:

CHECK NO. DATE AMOUNT

0000144939 December 29, 2021 Php 600,000.00

Upon presentation for payment of the afore-mentioned check, Asia United Bank Head
Office dishonored the said check for reason: ACCOUNT CLOSED/DRAWN
AGAINST INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

Accordingly, final demand is hereby made upon you to pay and/or refund my money with
its accrued interests within five (5) days from receipt of this letter.

Your failure to settle this matter within the given period may constrain me to file an
appropriate legal action against you for the recovery of said amount with damages,
including the possible filing of criminal cases against you for estafa under Article 315 of
the Revised Penal Code and Batas Pambansa Bilang 22.

I trust that you will treat this matter with your utmost attention.
