Dear Mr. De Guzman:

I am writing this demand letter regarding your outstanding obligation which to date is amounting to
NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P90,000.00).

Despite repeated demands and numerous opportunities given for you to settle the above-mentioned
obligation, you still failed and continue to refuse to settle your outstanding obligation to return the said
amount. As such, your account remains unsettled.

In view of the foregoing, FINAL DEMAND is hereby given to you to pay in full your outstanding obligation
amounting to NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P90,000.00), exclusive of applicable interest, charges, and
other fees, five (5) days from receipt thereof.

Failure to make the payment in full five (5) days from receipt thereof, I reserve the rights to take further
legal action against you to recover the debt without furher notice to you.

This letter shall be provided as evidence in court should you fail to pay with your outstanding obligation.
If this matter escalates in court, you shall be required to pay all other applicable interest, filing, and
attorney’s fees, any other related expenses.

Your immediate response to this demand letter will be appreciated.
