DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

Dear Mr. Archie Rodriguez,

This will serve as the formal notice to you that you are in default of your obligation to repay
the sum of Eleven Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand One Hundred Sixty Philippine
Pesos (₱11,190,160.00) including PRINCIPAL AND ACCRUED INTEREST (pls see attached SOA).

The amount has been overdue since Dec 30, 2017 and you have failed to repay the same
despite repeated requests to settle your obligation (no single payment has been made).

Unless payment of the above amount is received by us in full within (15) fifteen days of the
receipt of this letter, we will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and
remedies we have under the law to enforce such payment, including but not limited to
institution of legal proceedings against you to recover the above-mentioned amount,
together with legal expenses.

Kindly govern yourself accordingly.
