Dear Mr. Villadolid:

This is in connection with your letter containing your counter offer with respect to a financing
agreement you had with us. We understand your predicaments concerning your business losses.
However, we regret to inform you that we cannot grant your request for payment restructuring.
We, too, are having obligations with other business entities in relation to our business, and we
also undertake to pay them our obligations.

With all these, we stick to the original agreement we have entered into. After all, you are
presumed to have consented and admitted all and every terms and conditions contained in the
contract before affixing your signature thereof. Hence, what has been agreed during the meeting
should be understood as final. In view thereof, and to avoid further any court proceedings, please
pay your obligation according to the tenor of the agreement.
