URGENT DEMAND LETTER

AND NOTICE OF DISHONOR

Ms. Matrimonio:

Our client, MS. MA JAMAIKA G. FAUSTINO has referred to us for appropriate legal action the matter
of your loan agreement which you executed and entered into. Our client’s records reveal that you agreed
and signed a contract to cover your loan, details of which are below provided:

Date of Contract: November 7, 2020

Contract Amount: Php 52,000.00

The above check, however, was DISHONORED by the bank for being DRAWN AGAINST A
CLOSED ACCOUNT / DRAWN AGAINST INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Despite several demands made
to you by our client, you have refused to settle your loan, which is already OVERDUE.

Our client, MS. MA JAMAIKA G. FAUSTINO, through our office, is formally serving this FINAL
demand for you to settle your remaining obligation amounting to Php 52,000.00 as of the sending of this
demand letter plus 25% Attorney's Fees within five (5) days from receipt hereof. Otherwise, our client
shall have no other recourse but to file his contemplated legal actions against you in order to protect
his best interest.

Our client prefers that you settle this obligation before the matter reaches our courts. Thus, please feel free
to coordinate with our office within the aforesaid period. We trust that you shall accord this manner your
preferential attention. Thank you.
