Madam:

I write in behalf of my client, Bank of the Philippine Islands Inc. on the matter of your non- payment of
your obligation.

Records provide that you have an outstanding obligation with my client amounting to Php
25,000,000.00. Due to the fact that your debt went overdue, it acquired an accrued interest of 25% of
the principal amount, and a penalty of 15% of the interest. Despite several considerations on payment
extension and options provided, you have failed to pay the aforesaid amount.

Therefore, this FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of Php 25,000,000.00
with the inclusion of interest of 25%, and surcharge of 15% within EIGHTEEN (18) days from the receipt
of this letter. Failure to comply with this demand will lead us, my client and I, to file the necessary legal
action against you to protect the interest of my client.

I trust that you will give this matter with you immediate and preferential attention in order for you to
avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
