RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER – UNPAID LOAN

Dear Mr. Dela Cruz,

We write in reference to the above-captioned subject matter and wish to remind you that
to date, your outstanding balance with our company MEGA MINT LENDING CORP.
is P45,000.00 as of July 10, 2019, inclusive of interest.

Several oral demands were made upon you to pay your account but all to no avail as you
failed to pay the said sum.

Final demand is hereby made upon you within a period of seven ( 7 ) days from receipt
hereof to pay the full sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND (P45,000.00) PESOS as well
as 5% interest per month from the time it fell due until the same shall have been fully
paid.

After the expiration of the given period and still no payment is made, we will have no
other recourse but to file appropriate legal charges against you in court charging you with
every and all expenses that the company might incur in connection therewith.

Trusting that you will give this matter your serious and preferential attention so as to
avoid the rigors and inconvenience of a court proceeding.
