Subject: Unremitted capital and income

Madam:

I write in behalf of my client, Rodelo Panapanaan Jr, relative to the above mentioned subject.

Records disclosed that you have received from my client the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos
which you will use to buy and sell logs and the profits thereto would be split between you and
my client. In relation thereto, you have mentioned to him that his capital has earned for him
an income of Twenty Thousand Pesos with a guaranty that you shall remit to him the full
amount of Seventy Thousand Pesos that includes income of Twenty Thousand Pesos. Despite
repeated demands, you failed and continuously fail to remit the aforesaid amounts.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount
of Php70,000.00 within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will
be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of my
client.
