FINAL DEMAND LETTER TO PAY

Sir:

We write in behalf of our client, INFOTRADE RESOURCES, to whom you

have a total pending liability of PhP 301,937.40.

It must be stressed that our client has in full faith and confidence allowed
you to use various resources and substantial funding for your business. Suffice to
say, you have been extended the warmest and utmost trust in allowing your
business to operate with ease.

In this light, we would like to remind you that you are legally obligated to
comply with the full reimbursement of what Infotrade Resources has funded and
provided towards you. Thus, in view of the foregoing, we demand that you
return to our client the full amount corresponding to the funds and resources
provided for the operation of your business.

Should we fail to hear from you within five (5) days from receipt of this
letter, we shall construe such inaction as a deliberate challenge for us to file the
appropriate civil and criminal charges against you in the proper Court and hold
you liable for all damages that our client has and will continue to suffer.

Please settle the same to avoid the inconvenience and humiliation of court
litigation.
