Recently referred to our firm for legal action is the matter of your unpaid
obligation with our client, _____________________, in the amount of Php
56,666.68. Attached hereto are copies of the dishonored checks you issued with
annotation “Account Closed”.

We understand that our client made previous demands for payment but to no
avail. Considering that your obligation has been long overdue and outstanding, a final
demand is hereby made upon you to settle the aforementioned obligation within five
(5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to institute the
appropriate action in court not only to collect the amount due but to recover damages,
incidental expenses and cost of suit as well.
