Being a Junior, taking up Entrepreneurship, is truly challenging.

It entails a
lot of study of diverse theories on the best means of managing a business.
There, you speak of the 4 P’s, strategic marketing, personnel management
and the like.

But after all, I may have successful business later on but making a
difference to the community is not an easy task as usually Real Concept of
Corporate Social Responsibility is best achieve when my business is no
longer after profit maximization.

Then again, I would ponder on how, even in simple ways I can take pride for
who I am and for what I can do for my community, more particularly to the
SGEN Community.

Then I thought of joining this competition wherein I can truly showcase my

personality and through this, I can inform the whole SGEN Community
promoting a healthier lifestyle.

As a promoter of healthier lifestyle, I can serve as INSPIRATION that

physical fitness is truly achievable.

Two years ago, I was already 200lbs in weight until I realized that I am
already considered as an obese.

Last February 2012, it was reported in the Philippine Information Agency

that 37,000 deaths among Filipinos was recorded on account of obesity. In
fact, the problem of overweight and obesity is already alarming as it
continuously increases affecting about 7 out of 10 women and 1 out of 10
men according to the 7th National Nutrition Survey.

Moreover, obesity has been classified as a co-morbid factor to other chronic

diseases including hypertensions, diabetes and other cholesterol problems.

Bearing all these in mind, I have achieved a healthier body.

In front of you is a product of a complete hard work on physical fitness.

Now I am currently working as a Personal Physical Fitness Trainer at a
community gym wherein I could easily tap my fellows on how to have a
good physical fitness.

As a Personal Physical Fitness Trainer, I endeavor for the physical fitness in

its deepest and broadest sense – having a healthy body, and an alert &
disciplined mind.

It has been said that Physical Fitness goes with Mental Fitness; thereby
producing intelligence.

Now, I encourage everyone, to challenge ourselves and be Healthy!

Quoting Former President Theodore Roosevelt, “The only life that is worth
living is the life of effort, the life of effort to attain what is worth striving
for.”

Thank you and have a Good Afternoon Everyone!
