FITNESSFOLIO REFLECTION

Fitness plays a vital role in our daily functioning, being physically fit enables us to do our
task on the daily basis. Good health and physical fitness are not something that we cannot
achieve alone, it also depends on our environment and the food we eat. Many people do not
understand the importance of physical fitness and maintaining good health; therefore, they ignore
physical fitness and activities which then could lead to life-threatening conditions such as heart
disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and many more. Being physically active is the key to being
physically and mentally fit, and helps people, including me, to become a more balanced,
physically fit person. Fitness will not only make you only stay healthier, but will be happier, live
longer, and also sleep better.

Achieving fitness comes from dedication and great effort. We can achieve this goal by
making the right decisions in everything that we do. The most effective way of being fit is by
engaging ourselves to be physically active. Exercise is a popular routine used by people to keep
their bodies toned and engaged. In this course, I have learned the importance of being physically
fit and active and how it can affect my life, that maintaining my fitness will not only make me
look good but will also make me physically active and improve my overall health as it improves
my body's function and prevents sickness. The food we eat also plays a vital role in keeping our
bodies healthy, our food consumption and intake are what makes our body. To become healthy,
we should know how to balance food consumption, being balance means eating the right portion
of certain food and being aware of its benefits. The most important driving force to this goal is
being motivated, being motivated to achieve fitness will make way to unlock confidence and
other ways. This will help boost a person's mental outlook, and also increase their self-esteem.
These ways are mainly dependent on several factors including our body, environment, and social
status.

Taking care of our body by being fit is indeed important for us to function properly in society
and maintain a healthy life. Being fit enables us to be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit.
Our goal and motivation to achieve physical fitness depends on our willingness to make
sacrificial efforts. These efforts include doing exercise, getting the right amount of food, and
being motivated. The essence of your life is not only achieving your dreams and being a
functional member of society but being able to live healthily and happily, especially in trying
times like this.
