Re: Demand for payment of money

This will serve as formal notice to you that you are in default of your obligation to
repay the sum of Php 250,000.00, inclusive of interest and surcharges, which was
loaned to you on July 10, 2022 as evidenced by the Promissory Note we executed.
The outstanding balance remains unpaid, despite repeated demands, and have been
long overdue since August 1, 2022.

Unless payment of the above amount is received by me in full within ten (10) days
from receipt of this letter, I will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights
and remedies I have under the law to enforce such payment, including but not
limited to institution of legal proceedings against you to recover the above amount,
together with accrued interest and legal expenses.

I trust that you will give this matter your urgent attention.
