Subject: Legal Notice for Recovery of Loan Amount

Dear Mr. Lalit Kumar Mukhiya,

I am writing this legal notice on behalf of my client, Mr. Varun Malhotra, resident of A-58
Ganesh Nagar Pandav Nagar Complex, to bring to your attention a matter of outstanding dues
resulting from a loan transaction between you and my client. This legal notice serves as a
formal demand for the recovery of the loan amount along with accrued interest, failing which
legal action will be initiated against you.

As per the instructions received from my client, the facts of the case are as follows:
1. In March 2021, you, Mr. Lalit Kumar Mukhiya, borrowed a sum of Rs. 10,000 from my
client, Mr. Varun Malhotra.
2. It is important to note that my client, being a hardworking individual employed as a sales
boy, earned this money through his dedicated efforts.
3. At the time of the loan, both parties agreed upon the repayment terms, which included the
repayment of the principal amount only with no interest
4. Although my client has made several requests for repayment, you have only paid Rs. 6,000
till date, leaving a remaining outstanding balance of Rs. 4,000.
5. My client has maintained records of all communication related to the loan transaction,
including telephone conversations and WhatsApp chats, which serve as evidence of the loan
agreement and subsequent requests for repayment.
6. These records will be presented as evidence in any civil or criminal proceedings that may
be initiated if the outstanding amount is not settled.
 This legal notice serves as a final demand for the immediate repayment of the remaining
outstanding balance of Rs. 4,000, along with the accrued interest of 12% per annum,
calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.The total outstanding amount,
including interest, must be settled within 15 days from the receipt of this notice.

Failure to comply with this demand within the stipulated time period will leave my client
with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against you, both civilly and criminally, to
recover the outstanding loan amount along with any additional costs, interest, and legal
expenses incurred.

Please consider this notice as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably and avoid any
legal complications. Ignoring or disregarding this notice will leave my client with no choice
but to proceed with legal action.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this legal notice by providing your written response within
7 days from the date of receipt.

This notice is issued without prejudice to any of my client's rights or remedies, all of which
are expressly reserved.
