Venjiemen Cuizon 333-9C-1 M. Paez, Victor Village Punta Princesa, Cebu City, 6000
Dear Mr. Cuizon:
My client, Mrs. Juvie Migabon, owner and landlady of
the house and lot located at 333-9C-1 M. Paez, Victor Village, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, 6000, has referred to my office your overdue rental payments.
I would like to inform you that your debt is already
NINETY (90) DAYS past due as of December 29, 2021 with an outstanding balance of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P38, 500.00) inclusive of penalties and other charges. Record shows that, despite repeated demands and various collection efforts, your overdue payments remain unsettled.
Please be reminded that my client has sent you
multiple demand letters requesting that you pay your overdue rent and vacate the premises, but the letters have gone unanswered. Consider this then, as my client’s FINAL DEMAND for you to settle your account within SEVEN (7) DAYS from receipt and to vacate the premises within TWENTY (20) DAYS from the receipt of this notice. Otherwise, my client will be constrained to file a lawsuit to safeguard her interests.
If you have any question regarding this demand letter,
please contact my office.
Sincerely,
JUVEGILDA J. YCOT Attorney at Law 09502005680
