AFFIDAVIT

I, JOHN PAUL PILAR, of legal age, Filipino, and an employee of PPC

ASIA CORPORATION, with office address at Unit 1, Door 2, Reclamation Area
Barangay 10, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. As an employee (Account Officer) of PPC Asia Corporation, I have

been tasked to work in sales role, helping to maintain or extend
existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts in
Western Visayas;

2. RAPIDE TIRE HUB is one of our existing clients-dealers/distributors

in Bacolod City. RAPIDE TIRE HUB has ordered and received from
PPC Asia Corporation various automobile products as evidenced by
Delivery Receipts made for the said deliveries;

3. As an Account officer, I am responsible in the over-all management

of sales accounts, maintenance of good relations with all
customers, dealers, ensuring proper submission and data accuracy
of all sales/documents to the company, and in performing other
duties related to sales such as delivery and collection;

4. As such, I have been acquainted and knowledgeable in all sale

transactions between PPC Asia and RAPIDE TIRE HUB especially
with respect to delivery of automobile products with
corresponding receipt issuance emanated therefrom;

5. I am executing this “Affidavit” to attest to the truthfulness and

correctness of the foregoing for whatever legal purpose/s this may
serve.
