Dear Usec. Diño,

Good day!

Upon careful consideration by the project management team of “SK Ako!” we would like to advise everyone that
the June 23 live opening ceremony for region VI, VII, VIII will be merged to the July 14 live ceremony together
with the region XII, BARMM participants.

When the NCR event was merged with the regions I, II, and CAR participants last April 21, we noticed a huge
influx of engagement in our social media viewership. As of writing this letter, we have reached more than 10,000
people with just one live ceremony. The project management team sees no reason not to do the same for this
upcoming event as this would be beneficial in spreading the project even further to reach Sangguniang Kabataan
Officials across the Philippines.

The SK Ako! project team wants to not only have more capable and effective youth leaders in our SK’s, but for
them to be stronger together by being there together, even for just one live ceremony.
