    The project management team has decided to merge the June 23 live opening ceremony for regions VI, VII and VIII with the July 14 ceremony for regions XII and BARMM. This is because merging two events into one date on June 2 resulted in increased social media engagement and viewership. Holding a single combined ceremony on July 14 for more regions will further spread awareness of the project to Sangguniang Kabataan officials across the Philippines. The revised schedule pairs regions VI, VII, VIII, XII and BARMM on July 14, and regions IX, X, XI and XIII on August 4.

    Dearest valued partners:

    Good day!

    Upon careful consideration by the project management team of “SK Ako!” we would like to advise
    everyone that the June 23 live opening ceremony for region VI, VII, VIII will be merged with the
    July 14 live ceremony together with the region XII, BARMM participants.

    Similar to the previous June 2 live opening ceremony, there was huge influx of engagement in
    our social media and viewership after merging 2 events into one date. The project management team
    sees no reason not to do the same for this upcoming event, as this would be beneficial in spreading
    the project even further to reach Sangguniang Kabataan officials across the Philippines.

    As such, please find the revised attendance scheme below, as of today:

    The SK Ako! project team wants to not only create more capable and effective youth leaders in our
    SK’s, but for them to be stronger by being there together, even for just one live ceremony.
