PROMISSORY NOTE

Php 5,000,000

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, we ZHILONG LEI and KATHERINE LAO LEE, promise to pay on
order unto MARFA REALTY’S DEVELOPMENT CORP the sum of Five million pesos
(Php 5,000,000) Philippine Currency with a monthly interest rate of (3) % payable within (1)
One Year from date hereof on every 16th of the month of the succeeding months thereafter,
until fully paid.

In computing the interest, a fraction of the month shall be considered full month.

It is finally agreed that the makers of this note shall pay attorney’s fee at the rate of
twenty five (25%) of the entire amount to be collected in case this note is not paid accordingly
to the terms and conditions set forth and the same is referred to a lawyer for collection.

In the event that an amicable settlement is arrived at, I shall reimburse the holder of
this note of all expenses incurred by the holder.
