SUBJECT: ORIENTATION ON DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR

NO. 2021-040 DATED APRIL 8, 2021 ENTITLED:
OMNIBUS GUIDELINES IN MONITORING AND
EVALUATION OF PROJECTS UNDER F.Y. 2021 LOCAL
GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND (LGSF) PROGRAM

DATE: May 7, 2021

The Local Government - Capability Development Division (LG-CDD),

through the Project Development Management Section (PDMS), will
facilitate the above-mentioned activity for Provincial Locally Funded Project
(LFP) Teams on May 18, 2021 Tuesday (9:00 AM).

The activity aims to provide clear and common understanding of the

M & E Guidelines stipulated in the subject issuance.

Relative thereto, we would like to invite you or your representative

together with your LFP Team members composed of the Cluster Team
Leaders, LFP Focal Person, and Locally Funded Project Engineers to attend
the said activity.

Further, please instruct our LFP Team members to accomplish the

attached the Confirmation of Participants and submit issues encountered in
the implementation of the F.Y. 2021 LGSF Program.
 We will appreciate receiving the above-mentioned documents through
