This has reference to the Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated


April 16, 2021 regarding Omnibus Guidelines in Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects
under F.Y. 2021 Assistance to Local Government Unis

Relative to this kindly assist all LGU functionaries under your AOR to fast track
the submission of documentary requirements under F.Y. 2021 Disaster Rehabilitation
and Reconstruction Asssistance Program (DRRAP) on or before July 2, 2021.
Attached herewith are the list of documentary requirements needed to submit.

Documentary Requirements
1. Certification that the project is included in the Approved Local Development
Investment Program (LDIP), Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Plan (LDRRMPC) , Annual Investment Program (AIP);
2. Detailed Engineering Design;
3. Program of Works;
4. ECC (Environmental Compliance Certificate)/CNC (Certificate of Non-Coverage);
5. MGB (Mines and Geosciences Bureau) Certification;
6. Certification that the project is not funded from other sources;
7. Notice to Proceed; and
8. Notice of Award
