Greetings!

ln line with the monitoring and evaluation of the Department of the Local Government Support
Fund-Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP), the Localization of EOTC
Program Management Office will be conducting the Support to Barangay Development
Regional Dialogue to discuss the status and implementation of the FY 2022 andFY2023 LGSF-
SBDP. This will enable the Department and local chief executives (LCEs) of the implementing
LGUs to lay down bottlenecks and implementation concerns regarding the LGSF-SBDP. This
activity also aims to address the issues and challenges of project implementation through the
collaborative action planning of the Provincial/City Directors, C/MLGOOs and Project
Development Management Units.

ln this regard, we are inviting you to attend the said activity on May 24,2023,8:00AM in Davao
City (exact venue to be announced). Kindly confirm your attendance by sending the
accomplished Confirmation Stip to the DILG Provincial Office on or before May 19, 2423.
