For Provinces

• Increased in number of drug-cleared C/M – 2021-2022 - if the province is not declared drug
free or drug cleared

• 100% of previously drug-cleared C/Ms has sustained status – if the total of drug-cleared is
the same as the total of number of C/Ms in the Province

• 100% of previously drug-free C/M has sustained status

• LGUs with any number of barangays with revoked status is automatically zero

1. If the percentage of the CBDRP Graduates vs Enrollees is 80% and above it is equivalent to
25 points
2. If the percentage of the CBDRP Graduates vs Enrollees is 50% to 79% it is equivalent to 15
points
3. If the percentage of the CBDRP Graduates vs Enrollees is 20% to 49% it is equivalent to 10
points
4. If the percentage of the CBDRP Graduates vs Enrollees is below 20% it is equivalent to zero
5. If there are no CBDRP enrollees, the LGU must provide CBDRP Plan with approved or
accredited module or training program provided with allocation
