REGIONAL SBM VALIDATORS CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP FOR SDO

PERSONNEL, LAUNCHING OF THE 2019-2023 DEPED SOCCSKSARGEN RBEP
& ORIENTATION ON SHS-JDVP AND CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM

1. In its quest to fully install quality management system in all its operations,
DepEd SOCCKSARGEN institutes integrative mechanisms to judiciously utilize its
available resources. Hence, three major activities shall be simultaneously
conducted at the same venue at Green Leaf Hotel, General Santos City. The
schedule of such integrated activities are indicated below:

2. These integrated activities shall focus on achieving the following objectives:

2.1 Regional SBM Validators Certification Workshop for SDO Personnel

2.1.1 Capacitate the potential SDO personnel with SBM Validation process
as
inputs on how to become certified regional SBM Validators
2.1.2 Conduct SBM Validators Certification for potential SDO personnel
2.1.3 Finalize next steps and agreements on the mechanisms in conducting
cross-divisional SBM Validation.

2.2 Launching of the 2019-2023 DepED SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Basic

Education Plan (RBEP)

2.2.1 Generate internal and external support for the implementation of the
2019-2023 RBEP
2.2.2 Firm-up commitment signing among stakeholders

 2.3. Orientation on SHS-JDVP and Career Guidance Program:

2.3.1 Discuss with the attendees the nuances and importance of financial
Literacy

2.3.2 Provide updates on the program implementation of the SHS JDVP

and Career Guidance Program;
2.3.3 Discuss the implementation of the said programs in terms of policy
and program design, processes, accountabilities by governance level,
timelines and outputs; and
2.3.4 Document initial progress through the most significant change stories
for the schools, TVI partners, senior high school learners and other
program implementers.

4. Participants are advised to observe the following details to ensure smooth

conduct of the said activities:

To be at the venue at 7:00 AM for the breakfast and registration. First

meal shall be breakfast and last meal shall be PM snacks on the second day.

4.2 Launching of the 2019-2023 DepED SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Basic

Education Plan (RBEP) & Orientation on SHS-JDVP and Career Guidance
Program - September 11, 2019

To be at the venue at 7:00 AM for the breakfast and registration. First

meal shall be breakfast and last meal shall be PM snacks on the same day.

 5. To facilitate a smooth registration process, all participants are advised to
register online through link http://deped.in/rbepjdvpsbm on or before September
6, 2019. Those registered online shall be considered confirmed participants and
shall be basis for other logistical concerns.

 It is advised that the schools to be validated shall ensure that necessary
stakeholders are invited to be present during the SBM Validation.
