COMPOSITION OF LEARNING ACTION CELL FOR LEARNING DELIVERY


MODALITIES (LDM) COURSE 2 FOR INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES AND TEACHERS

1. This has reference to Regional Memorandum No. 61, s. 2020 titled Regional
Orientation on the Implementation of the Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM) Course 2
for Instructional Coaches and Teachers Under the Basic Education Learning Continuity
Plan (BE-LCP) dated September 14, 2020. This Office provides the following instruction
and guidelines in preparation for the implementation of the LDM 2 Course in the SDO
Camarines Sur.

2. The Regional Orientation on the Implementation of Learning Delivery Modalities


Course 2 (LDM2) for Instructional Coaches will be conducted on September 18, 2020
from 1:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon through Streamyard via Facebook. The following are
the participants to the orientation.

3. Relative to the implementation of LDM 2, all Public Schools District Supervisors


are instructed to submit the Organized LAC Teams for Teachers per School. The
electronic sheet for the report may be accessed through this link:

4. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016 and Regional Memorandum No.
53, s. 2020, the following guidelines are issued in organizing School LAC Teams.

4.1 The Learning Action Cell, which should not exceed 15 members, are
composed of the following roles: a. LAC Leader, b. LAC Facilitator, c. LAC
Documenter, and d. LAC Members.

4.2 All School Heads are instructed to identify the LAC Leader/s per organized
LAC team/s in their school. Senior teacher should be identified as LAC Leader.
Senior teacher refers to a. Master Teacher, b. Head Teacher, c. Department Head,
and d. Other senior teachers who have proven competence and potential to lead
the Learning Action Cell. In the absence of senior teachers, the School Head may
be assigned as LAC Leader.

4.3 School heads are instructed further to submit the list of organized LAC
Teams to their respective Public Schools District Supervisor for consolidation.

5. Consolidated report by District on Organized LAC Teams shall be submitted by


the Public Schools District Supervisors through the given link on or before September
17, 2020, 3:00 in the afternoon.
