Dear Ms. Tan:

We write on behalf of our client, Mr Juan Dela Cruz.
Our records show that on 27 June 2016, you issued Global
Bank Legarda Branch Check No. LDA 0013030 post dated 27
September 2016, as payment for the obligation of your sister,
Ms. Narcisa Curacha, to our client in the amount of Fourteen
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 14,500.00). On 2 October
2001, our client presented said check for payment but the same
was dishonoured since your checking account with Global Bank
Legarda Branch is already closed (Account No. 088-111-002222).
In this connection, final demand is hereby made upon you
to pay our client the amount of Fourteen Thousand Five
Hundred Pesos (P14,500.00), including interests and penalties,
within five (5) banking days from your receipt hereof. Otherwise,
we shall be constrained to file the appropriate civil and criminal
charges in court against you in order to protect the interest of
our client. We shall likewise hold you liable for whatever
damages and attorney's fees our client may suffer as a
consequence of your failure to heed this just and lawful demand.

attention.
