FINAL DEMAND LETTER


BEFORE COURT LITIGATION

Dear Madame;
This is in reference to the two Postdated Checks you issued to me,
specifically described:
1. ) Check No. 0000136265 covering an amount of Five Hundred Forty
Thousand Pesos (P540,000.00), with maturity date of October 15, 2019;
and
2. ) Check No. 0000102273 covering an amount of Five Hundred
Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (P525,000.00), with maturity date of
November 30, 2019.
I would like to inform you that when I attempted to in cash the said
checks last December 23, 2019, both were dishonored by the drawee bank
(Asian United Bank MC Briones Street, Ibabao, Mandaue City, Mandaue
Branch and Security Bank Lopez Jaena Street, Tipolo, Mandaue City,
Mandaue Branch) for reasons, “Account Closed”.
Be reminded that I would not have parted with my hard-earned money
and agreed to the investment scheme you presented with promise of high
monthly interest, had you not simultaneously issued this postdated check
sometime on July and August 2019.
Demand is hereby made for you to redeem and make good of the two
checks” face by personally delivering to me the total amount of One Million
and Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (P1,065,000.00) cash, with in five (5) days
from receipt hereof.
Otherwise, I will be compelled to enforce my rights by instituting a civil
and criminal action against you for Estafa and BP 22.
Your immediate action on this letter is highly appreciated.
