Most courteously, I would like to inform you that my name is Biwott Kiprotich Gideon. I am a
graduate of Chuka University with Masters in Tourism Management of registration number
NM13/28901/16.
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I made overpayment of Ksh 20,000.00 in
regard to the fee payment of Kes. 240,000.00. The due amount was Kes. 240,000.00 but I made a
payment of Kes. 260,000.00.
Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the exceeded amount which I paid. I shall be highly
obliged for your kind support. Attached to this letter is the relevant payment confirmation for
your reference.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your prompt attention to this
matter. Your assistance in rectifying this overpayment will be greatly appreciated.
