    CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF THE TAX TYPE

    I am writing this letter to request your good office to acknowledge my payment of the TAX TYPE for
    the year ending DATE.

    On DATE, I proceeded with the payment of my TAX TYPE through PAYMENT CHANNEL.
    Unfortunately, upon checking, it seemed that I erroneously filled out the return period, rendering my
    payment to be for the year DATE rather than the current year, DATE. As far as I am concerned, I
    already paid the DATE TAX TYPE, last year.

    With this, I am requesting the acknowledgement of the aforementioned erroneous payment as my


    payment for the current year’s Income Tax.
