Respected Principal,

I am writing this letter to you to express my serious concerns over the recent mail i have sent
you on………. with regard to refund of my balance school fee. Once again I herewith
describing the fact regarding my grievance.

As I mention in my earlier mail there is balance of refund in my daugher's school fee

of Rs.12,590.00 As I told earlier, unfortunately, I could not be able to enrol my daughter in
your esteemed school in the coming academic year 2020-21 because my family is shifting
to_____
I have already paid the amount of Rs.36860/- as full year fees well in advance before
comment of academic year 2020-21 Since I am unaware about my shifting of House. Your
goodsleves may kindly be noted that, my daughter did not attended any kind of classes and
not availed books, kit, uniform etc for the academic year.
It is fair enough that the school should refund the entire amount back. But its really
unfortunate and unethical that I have paid only 24270/-. I talked to the management office
about this issue but they said I suppose to pay the term 1 fee, whatever situation which made
me really worried. Finally they said that only the Principal can handle these issues.
The tuition fee you withheld is quite a heavy amount that too in current Covid-19 crisis.. I
hope you will understand my situation and refund the balance amount back with fairness and
render Justice.

Your positive reply will highly be appreciated.

Since, I have not received any response for my earlier mail, I hereby marking a copy of this
letter to The Regional Officer, CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION,
Chennai and herewith enclose the copy of my email dated:…..
