Respected Sir,
With due respect I am going to inform you that I am a consumer under your office .My consumer ID is
212034847. I am writing this grievances letter in behalf of my mother LT JAYA SENGUPTA.
According to your rules your representative will collect the current reading within 26th to 28th in every
collecting month , but, sir, in this month your representative has come at 31st DECEMBER 2016, when
we was not at home. After that more time verbally I sent request to them but they ignored.
For that consequence till the date I unable to paying my consuming amount.Sir, if you see my previous
bills, you can see that I paid my all dues within the date.
Sir, I shall be highly obliged if you accept my application and help me to pay my actual amount as early
as.
