I am Santanu Nag, Consumer of Ghatal Bsnl office which is under Khargpur Bsnl
circle, my internet broadband telephone no is (03225)257069, Connection Registration
No. - GTL/GTL/GG/07-08/0025, Plan- 399, Connection Installation date –
27.08.2007 and Billing Account No. 8001202786. I surrender my connection
04.02.2008 with last bill payment.

But due to negligence of Khargapur Bsnl staff at Ghatal BSNl office our broadband
INTERNET connection not surrender in right time. That’s why show some outstanding
bill. Our surrender copy and last bill payment receipts send to the khargpur Bsnl office
and also send to Ghatal Bsnl office but they have no action taken and negligence is
going on and on. At that time what should i do ? My surrender Letter and Last bill
payment receipt and other relevant documents send to you.
