Subject: Request for change of delivery address

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that my RCBC Bankard with No. 5179-6811-
0004-5005 is already expired last July 2023. As of now I did not get my new card, many delivery attempts but
always failed due to delivery address as per the courier. We talked to the Customer Service Personnel at
RCBC Bankard Hotline to change the delivery address to RCBC Noveleta Branch, they said that the branch
manager is the one who will request at the Bankard to change the address to the branch, I wrote this letter
to request for an address change to the address of your bank.

I request you to change the address as soon as possible so the credit card is not mailed on the previous
address or else it would be really inconvenient for me as the distance between both houses is quite long.
