Respected Sir,
I have got admission in “Shree Ram College of Commerce” New Delhi and I am to leave for my
new college and for this I needed VISA-CARD. I went to the Branch and was told that you have
already a Card and its limit can not be enhanced. I applied in writing on 13.10.2021 for VISA-
CARD, whereupon I was called and required to present my father, who is a Co. signatory to the
said account on EITHER-OR-SURVIVOR BASIS. My father an extremely busy person and an
account-locker holder of the same branch account No. 14390100003618 presented himself and
signed the application of VISA-CARD applied by me. On 09.11.2021 when I again went to the
branch to know about the applied VISA-CARD the branch terribly failed to say anything clear
about the card and asked me to see after a week or so.
Well the private banks come to your door step to open account and give the card instantly or in a
week with cheering smile and enthusiasm. I am horrified to compare your Card-Service vis-à-vis
private Banks' Card Service.
Another Pain is that the changing of registered mobile number which is said to be done weekly.
This the another mystery to be resolved.
At the same time that for any kind of service if applied to be availed of on a existing account the
AADHAR+PAN are taken every time from a regular account-holder whereas the KYC is already
furnished with AADHAR+PAN+PHOTO to the bank.
I also enclose herewith a letter dt. 11.11.2021 written to the concerned branch which will
enlighten you of my experience with your said branch.
Respected Sir, if the branch is under staffed or lacking in infrastructure the same can please be
seen in the interest of people at large.
Sir I am still a student and wonder how and what to write to you on this episode but in the age of
digital world making customers to visit branch and request endlessly can certainly be avoided.

Sir,
That for the above FOUR things I have visited the Branch on 13.10.2021 and submitted
application for VISA-CARD. Applied for registration of Email address, which is said to have been
effected. For change of mobile number on 09.11.2021 I was told to come after a week. For locker
the said person-incharge was told, before Deepawali, to be affected by dengue and any initiation
in regard for locker could be started only after Deepawali.

Status of the facilities requested:-

1. VISA-CARD not yet provided nor its whereabouts is known to the branch.
2. Email registration said to have been effected.
3. Mobile change can only be taken after a week, is a mystery.
4. Locker process to begin.

Now I request and inform:-

1. Change of Mobile application is enclosed please effect the change requested as per yours’
one week norm. Form is enclosed with PAN AADHAR + Photograph.
2. VISA-CARD if not possible to be traced, please cancel the same as I will get it from private
Bank. Where it is made available easily with smile and warm welcome.
3. Locker Process will be followed as was instructed in two installments first on 13.10.2021
and second on 09.11.2021.

I request to please inform me of the points and their status on my registered mobile so that I
can plan for my next steps.
