₱ 11,420.00 was inadvertently submitted to your office, which was not meant for the specified property.

cross-referencing with my bank statement, it became evident that this payment was mistakenly made
and should be refunded promptly. The payment was intended for another property, PAG-IBIG
Amortization, and not the one mentioned above.

I kindly request that you process the refund of the full payment amount, ₱ 11,420.00, to my original
payment method, BDO Bank Deposit, which was NEMIA G. ESPORLAS, 004500701241. Please ensure
that the refund is made as soon as possible to rectify this situation and avoid any further inconvenience.

To facilitate the refund process, I authorized my niece Clarisse Esporlas to take care and follow-up the
status of our concern.
