    Since March 2011, our company patronized globe and never had nay complaints and hardships with services and bills until today,Kindly study this matter and review all calls made by this number 09175189321 to your customer service hotline.

    Call History to Customer Service Hotline (All calls made during the conversation I always ask if calls are recorded and they confirm it)

    August 01, 2011 .-concern was when I texted the unbilled fees it reflected I have internet fees and that is wrong coz we have our own wi-fi and the phone always reflects that I am connected to it. I was assured by Quisha that they will deactivate my internet connection using globe Referrence number QBA 11080000088 August 10, 2011 .- concern was I cannot connect to wifi anymore and I was the only one in the company who cant connect according to the agent my handset is not working right I have done power cycle and it still doesnt work I have called call service twice. And on the last call, I informed the agent regarding my internet fees and agent replied that since my handset is not working right,the internet connection goes straight to globe internet and the phone reflects wifi. He suggested that I give back handset for replacement. All these calls are recorded as it should be and as agents confirm, please back track to see how sure we are that no internet charges should be billed upon this account.

    ISSUE HERE IS I AM NOW BILLED AS OF TEXT INQUIRY FOR INTERNET CHARGES I DID NOT USE IT WAS NOT KNOWN TO M THAT HANDSET IS DEFECTIVE AND IT IS GLOBE'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEY PROVIDED ME A DEFECTIVE HANDSET WHIC RESULTED TO THE CHARGES MADE UPON US
