• In this Circular, LGUs are directed to submit


their eBOSS Implementation Compliance
Report through electronic filing on 14 July
2021 or 20 working days after the deadline

As of 18 August 2021, the Authority received. responses through online
filing of Compliance Checklist submission from 620 LGUs:

• 227 LGUs – with Fully automated BOSS


• 257 – with Partly automated BOSS
• 136 – with Collocated BOSS

* LGUs without eBOSS are required to send a Letter of Explanation to ARTA-IELO

• Based on the received responses, 484 out of the total 1634 LGUs have fully/partly

• The received responses of the Authority will be further validated through Onsite
Inspection to be conducted in September 2021.
