Control System Product Support L3/L4
– Access to control system product support L3/L4 (Level 3 and Level 4 support resources) is one of the
main benefits of the Automation Sentinel program. The support is available, at no cost, for product
related issues and is limited to control systems and products which are in the Active, Classic or
Classic Extended lifecycle phases.
– Control systems product support L3/L4 is available for all CT and PG control systems namely
800xA, Symphony Plus, Freelance, Compact 800, Advant Master, Advant MOD, SATT and
Decathlon.
– Control systems product support L3/L4 is available by phone and E-mail during regular office hours.
Control systems product support L3 is available over the phone for emergency cases outside the
regular working hours (24/7).
