    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is Gunel Aghazada with PESEL 920220-15607 & Passport C04142586 and am writing this letter
    to inform you of my decision to withdraw my loan application of 120,000 PLN, which I requested at your
    branch on 12.04.23. I was given false information by your representatives that the loan would be
    interest-free for the next 6 months, and I would only be required to pay interest after that period.
    However, due to the language barrier with your representatives, I have discovered that there is a
    significant interest rate and an extended installment period in my account. I even attempted to return
    the loan, but the system required me to repay 129,000 PLN, which is unreasonable. I spoke with your
    customer support via chat today, and they informed me that I can cancel the loan within two weeks
    without any charges. Therefore, I request that you withdraw all loan funds from my account
    immediately.
