Subject: Rescheduling of Loan Duration of Home Loan Account No. 060RT05163050001 with your
One Bank Limited.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your kind letter. For decades, I have been banking with your institution and availing your
facilities. I am glad to say that your services have been one of the best in the country. It would delight you
to know that one of the branches of your institution (One Bank Chawk Bazar Branch) has been operating
as a tenant in my property for the past few years.

On 12th July, 2020 I had been issued a letter from your Corporate HQ requesting a revision of the rate of
rent for the remainder of your tenacy period. First of all, I would like to mention that the rate of rent that
exists is already a very reasonable and a comparable rate. Given the geographical positioning, the
commercial nature of the location and current demand, the rate of rent is due to increase. But having a
good and long-standing relationship with your institution, I have maintained the lowest rent possible. As
you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the economy, businesses and even the daily livelihoods
of the people in our country; including mine. In such dire consequences, the rent generated from your
tenacy is the primary and only source of income in my household. In addition to that, I have the added
burden of repaying the instalments of the Loan Account No. 060RT051630500011 which has become
cumbersome for me under such circumstances. In light of my situation, I had previously also sent another
letter dated 22.04.2018 which was not disposed of (a copy of the said letter has been attached herein).

In the current state of affairs, as much as I would like to help you, I am unable because of my expenses
and economic situation due to the pandemic. In order for me to consider revising the rate of rent for the
remainder of your tenacy, I would earnestly request you to take the initiative of rescheduling my loan
amount and duration so that the costs are spread out and it is easier for me to repay the loan. If my loan
burden is lessened, I would be more than happy to reconsider the rate of rent for the remainder of your
tenacy in my property. Therefore, I would like you to dispose of my previous letter and consider my
account for rescheduling and in return I will reconsider the rate of rent for the remainder of your tenacy
period in my property.
