Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to request a loan settlement arrangement in light of my

current financial situation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am facing
significant financial challenges that prevent me from meeting the original
repayment terms of the credit card ending 4287.

I believe that a loan settlement would be mutually beneficial and help alleviate
the financial burden on both parties involved.

To provide some context, [

1. I have lost my job in the month of Apr 2023

2.I am holding secured Home and car loans

3.Sole earner in the family of 5 including 3 kids.

4.Applied for Personal loans to repay the credit card dues but due to cibil
history of bounces, the loans are rejected.

5.Employee Provident funds is already claimed and no more limit is available.

6.Medical emergency during Covid breakdown. ]

These circumstances have created a financial strain that has made it

increasingly difficult for me to fulfill my loan obligations as originally agreed
upon.
In an effort to resolve this matter, I propose making a reduced payment as a
settlement for the outstanding balance. After careful assessment of my
financial resources, I propose paying 30% or less as a settlement of the loan. I
shall pay them in EMIs only.

This amount represents a significant portion of the outstanding balance and

reflects the maximum payment I can afford at this time.

I genuinely believe that this proposed settlement is a fair compromise,

considering my current financial limitations. By accepting this proposed
payment, both parties can put this matter behind us and move forward without
further financial strain or potential legal actions.

I have attached supporting documentation, as evidence of my financial

hardship. These documents provide a comprehensive overview of my current
financial situation and further emphasize the need for a loan settlement.

I kindly request your understanding and consideration of my request. I believe

that this proposed settlement offers a practical and reasonable solution that
will benefit both of us. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this
matter promptly and provide me with your written response.
