I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. In view of my recent financial difficulties,
I'm writing to ask for your help and understanding. I'm unable to pay my debts, especially those
related to my credit card, because of these challenges.

My financial situation has drastically changed because of unanticipated events. In normal

circumstances, we have no trouble paying our credit card debt. But the past three months have
brought us some challenging circumstances. I looked for more work, but it wasn't until last
month that I was successful. My income has drastically decreased over the last few months,
which makes it harder for me to pay my monthly expenses. I have made several attempts to
lessen my financial load, including the following list of measures: reducing spending, looking for
part-time work, or settling debt with creditors. Regretfully, these attempts haven't been enough to
get me back on track financially.

My goal is to work with you to find a solution that will allow me to fulfill my obligations
without causing further financial strain. I am requesting a loan modification. I understand that
there are no guarantees, but I sincerely believe that with your help, I can overcome these
challenges and regain my financial footing.
