THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT.

AMOUNT DUE: 4,000,000 PESOS

YOU HAVE 15 MONTHS TO PAY ENDING DUE : SEPTEMBER 26, 2023

Dear Mr. Dela Cruz

You currently have an outstanding balance with 3,000,000 Pesos in the total amount of 4,000,000
Pesos. Your partial payment is only 1,000,000 Pesos

In order to resolve this matter, you shall have 12 months to pay this debt.

If there is no response in this letter I have the right to enforce this order in Small Claims Court. All legal
rights shall be explored but not limited to, legal proceedings is necessary to recover the debt. Through
Small Claims Court I have the right to request a payment to find out an information about your financial
status. And also I have the right to apply to garnish your money from your wages and bank accounts.
Hire a court bailiff to sieze and sell your belongings.
