Subject: Application for Personal Loan / Business /SEP of Rs________________

Dear Sir,

With reference to the captioned subject, this is to request you to grant me a Personal
Loan of Rs.______________/-.

On my application for the above new loan, I have been explained the following and am
in agreement with the same:
1. My existing personal loan no. ______________of Rs._____________/- will be
closed and the new loan will be disbursed to me.
2. I concur to a 0% foreclosure charge on the outstanding principal amount of my
existing loan (as against the contracted rate of 4% stated in the loan agreement
duly executed by me).
3. On my request the principal outstanding along with foreclosure charges, interest
up to date of closure and other charges, if applicable, on the existing loan will
be adjusted against the new loan amount and the net amount will be credited to
my account.
4. I will issue ‘stop payment’ instruction for next month’s EMI of my existing loan
which may be due during the process of closure of my existing loan.
5. PDCs for balance EMIs (if any) be canceled and destroyed at your end.
