Good day! Thank you for reaching out to us about your refund option. We just wanted to inform you that our
refund process is accompanied by these methods.Refunds for credit card payments will be given to the original
credit card used. If the original card is still active, we cannot provide refunds to a new card, account, or means
of payment.If your card was cancelled or outdated, we may re-route the refund to your new credit card account
as long as it has the same exact name. We require consent of the cancelled or expired credit card for any refund
divert. We could also redirect via bank deposit.

If you want to reroute to your current or savings account, kindly submit the following bank account
information:

1. Account Name
2. Bank Routing Number
3. Account Number

Once we have received the correct bank details, credit card refunds can take up to 15 business days, whereas
direct deposit refunds can take up to 20 business days.
