Good day!

As regular and long time client of APDS of East West Bank, Inc., may I respectfully request for
consideration to release my net proceeds of loan supposedly to be released as scheduled of
appointment last friday, July 28, 2023 but because I came late of more than an hour due to my
task as teacher, it was re-schedule on tuesday, August 01, 2023.

On August 01, 2023 I came early with excitement in the morning as schedule of appointment but
on my disappointment the bank Officer told me of cancellation of the release of net loan
proceeds due to the memorandum they have received on July 28, 2023 from your head office
stated not to entertain loan application with net take home of below P5, 500.00.

RJ Sumaginsing, a Bank Officer processed my loan application since July 19, 2023 and I sincerely
and cooperatively did and submitted all the requirements until it was verified and approved by
the Schools Division Office and Mr. Sumaginsing schedule me to come on July 28, 2023 for the
release, see attached computation and approval of the SDO.

I am writing this letter to ask for a consideration due to my financial commitment to some
individuals and exclusion from the memorandum since it came after it processed my loan
application.

I believed that Banking Institution and its every officer honor, value and carry the highest
integrity of its words and commitment.

I am looking forward and praying for your immediate and favorable response in consideration of
your commitment to me as your client and my commitment too to some individuals and to avoid
the domino effect of this incident.
