    RE: REQUEST FOR EARLY RELEASE OF THE GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

    Sir,

    My name is. I’m from Bachelor of program. I would like to ask for your help sir to release my
    graduation certificate on March 2019 which is months before graduation ceremony.

    Reason for it is I need to apply for the PTPTN exemption that can be applied by all PTPTN loaners
    that graduate with first class honour. As my attachment on the next page, the officer from the
    PTPTN office requested my scroll certificates as early as possible.

    I believe, sir will help me on this. I really appreciate your help sir and hoping that I will my
    certificates sooner. I would like to express my deep gratitude, and a token of appreciation to you
    sir. Thank you so much sir.
