Subject: Appeal for Upgradation of Designation

Dear Sir,
With due regards, it is stated that I am working as Assistant Professor in this
esteemed Institute since 01/02/2018. I want to inform you that while I was appointed my basic
educational degree was of M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and then I was
continuing my research work for Doctorate degree in National Institute of Technology, Durgapur.

Now, I am glad to inform you that my research work for that degree has been
completed and I have awarded Ph.D degree on 15/05/2019. Along with this, I have more than 11
years teaching experience in Electronics and communication engineering field. I have always worked
hard on every research work and I would like to move ahead in my career .Therefore, I want to
request for upgrade my current designation and pay scale. I assure that I will play my responsibilities
with culpability and dignity. I believe that I deserve. Looking forward for a positive response. This
will support me financially and morally to have a sound job with a great satisfaction. I hope that you
recognize my efforts.

So it is my appeal for your kind consideration for my promotion keeping in view my

teaching and research experiences and my Doctoral degree in Electronics and Communication
Engineering field. Hope you will consider my appeal. I shall remain obliged.
