Application for Maintenance Engineer Position

I am writing to apply for the Maintenance Engineer position where I learned of your company at
Glassdoor. I was drawn to it due to my immense interest in machinery and electronics processes
on developing current trend of automation and data exchange in industrial technologies.

I am majored in Mechatronics Engineering at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and completed

my studies on 6 September 2020.I immensely searching for job where I choose Boon Siew Honda
company as a stepping-stone to push forward my career. I have completed a three-month industrial
training at Western Digital Corporation, Batu Kawan, Penang for my degree in SSD Equipment
back-end packaging department and a six-month industrial training at DARCO Water and
Solutions Sdn Bhd, Prai, Penang during my diploma where I was graduated from which is Ungku
Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh. This is where I gained first-hand knowledge of machinery and electronics
troubleshooting skills.

My educational background and personal attributes would also make me suitable candidate for
this position. Besides being an achiever academically, I was actively in sport activities and was
the involved in social activities where I like to serve for the society and nation. These activities
have helped me develop a great sense of responsibility and made me an independent person who
can work under a tight schedule. I am confident that my ability on communication and problem-
solving skills will be added advantage.

My resume, which is enclosed, provides additional information on my background and

qualifications. I feel that your firm places prominence in similar areas and having the privilege of
serving as Maintenance Engineer with you will give me that further exposure I need in my career.
